At Rajom, we carefully pack every order to ensure your decorative items, glassware, candles, and gifting products reach you safely and in excellent condition.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales, festive seasons, or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping and tracking information through your registered contact details.

2. Delivery Time

We currently deliver across India.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro & major cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other locations: 5–7 business days

  • Remote or extended areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Rajom may offer free shipping promotions or other shipping-related offers. The applicable offer will be displayed on the website or at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share the tracking details with you.

You can use the tracking information provided by the courier partner to check the status of your shipment.

If the tracking information does not update for an extended period, please contact our customer support team.

5. Packaging

Because Rajom offers glassware and delicate decorative products, we take special care while packaging orders.

Products are packed using appropriate protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.

However, courier handling is outside our direct control.

6. Damaged Products During Transit

If you receive a damaged or broken product, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged or broken items, please:

  1. Take clear photographs of the outer packaging.

  2. Take photographs of the damaged product.

  3. Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

  4. Contact Rajom within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs.

This information may be required to process a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing an order.

Rajom will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Incorrect PIN code

  • Unavailability of the recipient

  • Refusal to accept the shipment

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided delivery address.

If the courier is unable to deliver the order after the applicable delivery attempts, the package may be returned to Rajom.

9. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Courier disruptions

  • Transportation delays

  • Address-related issues

  • High order volumes

  • Government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances

10. International Shipping

At present, Rajom primarily ships orders within India.

If international shipping becomes available, applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or through the relevant shipping information.
